This Privacy Policy provides basic information about the purposes, methods of processing, and security of your personal data as a user of the website: abix-virtual.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Website). By reviewing the Privacy Policy, you will learn who the controller of your personal data is, what personal data is collected by the Website, for what purposes it is used, and how it is protected.


§1. Basic information.

1. The controller of personal data is ABIX CONSULTING SP. Z O.O. with its registered office in Kraków at ul. Rakowicka 10b/4, 31-511 Kraków, NIP: 945-216-75-94, REGON: 122515215, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000412412.

§2. Principles of data processing.

1. The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with the following principles:

1) based on a legal basis and in accordance with the law (legalism);

2) honestly and fairly (reliability);

3) in a transparent manner for the data subject (transparency);

4) for specific purposes and not “just in case” (minimization);

5) no more than needed (adequacy);

6) with care for the accuracy of data (correctness);

7) no longer than necessary (temporality);

8) ensuring appropriate data security (security).


§3. Purposes, legal basis and scope of data processing.

1. We will process your data:

1) for contact purposes, in order to respond to your message sent to us directly by e-mail, via a form, via a Social Media channel or in response to a telephone contact based on the legitimate interest of the Controller related to the need to provide you with a response;

2) for marketing purposes, solely on the basis of your consent;

3) for informational purposes, to provide you with important information regarding the services you use through our Website;

4) for purposes related to maintaining our company profile on social media (such as Facebook / Instagram) in accordance with the terms specified by the owners of a given medium (portal) and providing information therein about our products, promotions and other news concerning our activities, which we consider to be our legitimate interest;

5) for technical purposes using cookies (technical cookies), based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator related to the proper operation and functioning of the Website;

6) for statistical and analytical purposes, if you have consented to our use of cookies for analytical purposes (analytical cookies);

7) for marketing purposes, if you have consented to our use of cookies for marketing purposes (marketing cookies);

8) for the purposes of archiving telephone numbers, messages and e-mails, based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator related to protection against claims;

9) for the analysis of anonymous information. This information is collected through our Website, such as: information about the browser, operating system, device, time spent on the website, page navigation, link clicks, approximate location, age range, and gender. This information is anonymized and collected through the advertising and analytical systems of our partners. It does not allow for identification or assignment to a specific user. This information is used for marketing, analytical, and statistical purposes.

2. We process your data to the extent of:

1) If you send us a message via email, form, social media channel, or telephone, we will process the data contained in that message. Providing us with your data in this way is voluntary. You can request that we delete your data at any time;

2) If you like a post, leave a comment, write, react, or otherwise connect with our social media profile (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), we will process the data you provided on that social media platform and to which we have access. To stop processing, you can unsubscribe from our profile;

3) The remaining data we process includes your IP address and other data stored in cookies. You decide to what extent we can use cookies containing your data. Providing us with your data in this way is voluntary. You can change your preferences at any time. You can do this in your web browser or by deleting the cookies stored on our website;

4) using APIs (application programming interfaces) provided by third-party partners to integrate various functionalities, such as maps, analytics, advertising, or social media. Using these APIs may result in the creation of additional cookies or the use of existing cookies to process user data. §4. We do not perform automatic profiling on the Website.

1. We do not use automatic profiling on the Website to create marketing campaigns based on measuring user activity, thanks to which we would be able to direct the advertising material we have selected to a precisely indicated user.

2. Although we use advertising systems from our partners (Facebook, Google), the information and data they collect about your activity on the Website, which we can use to create marketing campaigns, is not automated profiling, as we are unable to make decisions about you as an individual user (e.g., showing you a specific ad). We can only create ads for groups of users, based on general statistical data provided by our partners. We are unable to ensure that a specific user sees a specific ad based on activity data.

§5. Recipients of data and the intention to transfer data to a country outside the EEA or an international organisation.

1. Depending on the purpose for which we process your data, the recipients of your personal data may be:

1) urzędy państwowe i inne instytucje publiczne, w zakresie, w jakim obowiązki przekazywania danych wynikają z przepisów prawa obowiązującego na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, w celach związanych z realizacją obowiązków prawnych ciążących na administratorze, takich jak dochodzenie roszczeń prawnych, realizacja zobowiązań podatkowych oraz inne postępowania regulowane przez odpowiednie przepisy prawa;

2) the Website software provider (hosting, server, domain);

3) the entity responsible for programming the Website;

4) an entity responsible for marketing the Website and managing Social Media channels;

5) cloud data and document storage software provider;

6) provider of software for managing cookies and the scope of processed data;

7) if you have agreed to marketing cookies, your data stored in cookies will be transferred to our advertising partners (Facebook, Google);

8) if you have agreed to analytical cookies, your data stored in cookies will be processed by the entity providing software for analyzing traffic on our Website (e.g. Google Analytics).

2. Your data is not transferred to countries outside the EEA or international organisations, except in cases of data processing by entities:

1) Google Inc. based in the U.S. for the analytics of website traffic in the Google Analytics system and the provision of additional functions (such as Google Maps, Google Search Console) related to the proper functioning of the Site and the display of search results. §6. Data storage period.

1. We are unable to specify a single period for which we will process your data.

2. If you have provided us with your data in a message sent by e-mail, telephone, via a form or via social media where we have our company profiles, we will process your data until you request the deletion of this data or object to the processing, but also in the event that we consider that we have fulfilled the legitimate interest of the Controller.


§7. User rights.

1. In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:

1) access to the content of your data and the right to rectify, delete or limit their processing;

2) the right to data portability;

3) the right to object;

4) the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time and in any form, unless the data is processed for the purpose of performing a contract by the Controller, for the Controller to fulfill legal obligations towards state institutions or for the purpose of pursuing the Controller’s legitimate interests.
